Role overview
You'll be Luma's creative lead on the ground with major brands and agencies, turning what our models can do into production workflows they actually use. Sitting between the technology and the craft, you'll shape how top creators work with generative video, and produce high-craft work in Dream Machine yourself as the proof.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion).
- A public profile as a creator or thought leader in emerging tech or generative art.
- Experience at an innovative agency (e.g. Buck, The Mill) or an in-house tech/brand lab (e.g. Google Creative Lab, Apple Marcom).
