1. About AIMovieJobs

AIMovieJobs is an online employment marketplace focused on AI-related opportunities within film, television, animation, visual effects, gaming, virtual production, post-production, and digital media industries.

AIMovieJobs provides a platform for employers and job seekers but is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, background check company, payroll provider, immigration advisor, union or guild representative, legal advisor, tax advisor, or financial advisor.

All hiring, interview, pay, classification, visa, work authorization, safety, tax, contract, credit, and employment decisions are solely between the applicable employer and candidate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform.

You represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to immediately notify AIMovieJobs of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

• Provide accurate job information.
• Comply with all applicable employment, labor, wage, hour, anti-discrimination, accessibility, tax, privacy, data protection, immigration, work authorization, union, guild, safety, and advertising laws.
• Post only legitimate employment opportunities.
• Refrain from discriminatory hiring practices prohibited by law.
• Maintain accurate company, application, billing, and contact information.

AIMovieJobs may reject, edit, hide, remove, downgrade, close, or refund any job posting at our discretion, including for quality, legal, payment, safety, fraud, or user-protection reasons.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

• Provide truthful resume and profile information.
• Submit accurate qualifications and experience.
• Avoid impersonation or misrepresentation.
• Use the platform professionally and lawfully.
• Verify employers, compensation, work conditions, and external application links before sharing sensitive information or accepting work.

6. Payments

Certain services may require payment, including Starter job postings, Featured job postings, Recruiter Pro access, renewals, or other products shown at checkout.

All fees are displayed before purchase and are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Job-listing purchases and account-level subscriptions are separate products. Buying a Featured job does not make an employer account Recruiter Pro.

Optional auto-renewal terms shown at checkout apply when selected or left enabled. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want future charges.

Additional payment, tax, renewal, chargeback, and refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By submitting content, users grant AIMovieJobs a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operation of the platform.

7A. AI, Creative, and Production Content

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI tools, datasets, scripts, prompts, images, video, audio, music, likenesses, voices, trademarks, reels, credits, production materials, portfolio materials, and other content is lawful and properly authorized.

AIMovieJobs does not verify ownership, copyright clearance, publicity rights, releases, model permissions, union or guild compliance, licensing rights, training-data rights, or accuracy of user-submitted creative or production materials.

7B. External Links and Off-Platform Activity

Some jobs may direct candidates to external websites, email addresses, applicant tracking systems, forms, or company processes.

AIMovieJobs is not responsible for external websites, off-platform communications, employer hiring systems, third-party privacy practices, malware, scams, fees, broken links, availability, or content outside AIMovieJobs.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post fraudulent jobs.
• Submit false information.
• Harass other users.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape platform content without permission.
• Use the platform to collect sensitive personal information for an unlawful, unsafe, or deceptive purpose.

8A. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, edit, reject, hide, remove, close, downgrade, refund, suspend, or terminate content, listings, payments, accounts, or access at our discretion.

We may preserve and disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, respond to legal process, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, process refunds, or protect platform operations.

9. No Employment Guarantee

AIMovieJobs does not guarantee:

• Job interviews
• Employment offers
• Hiring outcomes
• Candidate qualifications
• Employer legitimacy
• Accuracy of resumes, credits, portfolios, job posts, compensation, or company information

Users are responsible for their own diligence before hiring, applying, contracting, interviewing, paying, traveling, or sharing sensitive information.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

AIMovieJobs makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, security, legality, non-infringement, hiring results, candidate availability, employer legitimacy, or suitability of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMovieJobs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, reputational, employment, hiring, payment, safety, or business interruption damages arising from use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMovieJobs' total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AIMovieJobs in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIMovieJobs and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, job posts, applications, hiring activity, off-platform dealings, payment disputes, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of any rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access at any time if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, legal risk, security risk, payment issue, fraudulent activity, abuse, or harm to users or the platform.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Information We Collect

Information you provide may include:

• Account details such as name, email address, role type, login activity, and authentication information handled through our authentication providers.
• Candidate profile details such as resumes, portfolio links, skills, tools, categories, location, experience, work preferences, saved jobs, and applications.
• Employer profile details such as company name, contact information, company profile, job posts, applications received, refund requests, billing status, and plan information.
• Messages, support requests, contact form submissions, admin replies, moderation notes, and communications with us.
• Payment metadata from payment processors, such as product purchased, checkout status, customer ID, subscription ID, refund status, and transaction timing. We do not store full card numbers.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device information
• Usage data
• Cookies, local storage, analytics information, error logs, security logs, and approximate location information

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate, secure, personalize, troubleshoot, and improve the platform
• Create accounts, authenticate users, route users to the correct dashboard, and maintain sessions
• Publish job posts, process applications, show candidate profiles, save jobs, and support talent directory access
• Process payments, renewals, invoices, refunds, billing support, fraud checks, and account-plan features
• Send account, confirmation, notification, support, moderation, legal, security, billing, and service emails
• Respond to contact messages and allow admin replies to the email address provided
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform policies

Sharing Information

We may share information with:

• Employers, when candidates apply to jobs or make candidate profile information visible
• Candidates, when employers publish job and company information
• Payment processors such as Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, billing, tax, disputes, and refunds
• Service providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, storage, analytics, security, and support
• Legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or government recipients when required or reasonably necessary

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense. We may share limited data with service providers to operate the platform.

Public and Employer-Visible Information

Job posts and employer company information may be publicly visible.

Candidate profile information, resumes, portfolio links, skills, tools, categories, and applications may be visible to employers, admins, or Recruiter Pro users depending on platform settings and user actions.

Do not upload or submit information you do not want processed or shared for hiring-related purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience.

We also use local storage for login sessions, preferences, saved interface state, security, analytics, and platform functionality.

Users may disable cookies through browser settings, though some account, dashboard, checkout, application, or notification features may not function properly.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, process payments and refunds, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, support users, and enforce agreements.

Deleted accounts or content may remain in backups, logs, payment records, legal records, or fraud-prevention records for a reasonable period where permitted by law.

User Rights

Users may request:

• Access to personal data
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Account deletion
• Data removal requests

Requests may be submitted to privacy@aimoviejobs.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Children's Privacy

AIMovieJobs is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

State Privacy Rights and International Users

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, port, or limit certain uses of your personal information.

If you access AIMovieJobs from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Job Postings

Starter and Featured job postings run for the listing period shown at checkout, typically 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Published job postings are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by AIMovieJobs. Refund requests may be considered if:

• A duplicate charge occurred.
• A technical error prevented publication.
• AIMovieJobs removes a paid posting for a platform reason unrelated to employer misconduct.
• AIMovieJobs determines a refund is appropriate.

Auto-Renewal for Job Listings

If optional auto-renewal is enabled at checkout, the job listing will renew at the same tier every 30 days unless canceled before the next renewal date from the Employer Dashboard or through support.

Canceling auto-renewal prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current active listing period.

Recruiter Pro Subscriptions

Recruiter Pro is an account-level subscription and renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not typically result in refunds for the current billing period, except where required by law or approved by AIMovieJobs.

Recruiter Pro access, talent directory access, and included posting benefits may end if payment fails, the subscription is canceled, or the account violates platform policies.

Admin Removals and Prorated Refunds

If AIMovieJobs removes a paid job posting for a platform decision unrelated to employer misconduct, we may calculate a prorated refund based on the unused days remaining in the 30-day listing period.

If a post is removed for fraud, deceptive content, policy violations, legal risk, unsafe activity, chargeback abuse, or unlawful conduct, AIMovieJobs may deny a refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Chargebacks

Users agree to contact AIMovieJobs before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

Billing Errors

Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

Payment providers, card networks, and banks may control timing for refunds, reversals, failed payments, and dispute outcomes.

Changes

AIMovieJobs may update pricing, packages, benefits, renewal settings, and billing policies at any time. Changes will apply prospectively unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe content on AIMovieJobs infringes your copyright, submit a written notice containing:

• Your full legal name.
• Your contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
• The URL or enough detail for us to locate the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter Notifications

Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of removed material.
• The location where the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification.
• Contact information.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Restoration and Legal Process

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore removed material unless the complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.

AIMovieJobs may remove, restore, preserve, or disable content at our discretion where intellectual property, safety, legal, or platform integrity concerns exist.

Repeat Infringers

AIMovieJobs may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers or users who repeatedly submit infringing, unauthorized, or misleading creative materials.

Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false copyright claims or counter notices may create legal liability. Submit notices only when you have a good faith basis to do so.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to remove content, disable access, or terminate accounts at our discretion when intellectual property concerns arise.
