This is a hands-on individual contributor role that expects a professional bar from brands, agencies, or production, so the workflows you build hold up under real creative scrutiny rather than only in a demo. Preferred qualifications

Experience at an innovative creative agency (e.g. Buck, The Mill) or an in-house tech/brand lab (e.g. Google Creative Lab, Unity).
Hands-on experience building with generative AI APIs or integrating AI tools into production pipelines.
A public profile as a creator or thought leader in generative AI or emerging tech.
