You will serve as the primary managerial link between creative leads, R&D engineering, and all production departments, ensuring high-budget projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to world-class standards. Manage all financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects remain within budget while maximizing creative output. Negotiate and manage contracts, payment schedules, and resource allocation for external VFX studios, animation vendors, and specialized GenAI service providers. Virtual & Hybrid Production ManagementOversee and produce projects utilizing AI methodologies, that may include animation, LoRa training, etc.

Role OverviewAs the Senior VFX Supervisor, you will be the key technical and creative innovative thinker driving the integration of real-time and GenAI technologies into our production workflows. You will shepherd the visual quality of our projects from concept through final delivery, acting as the bridge between creative vision, on-set Virtual Production (VP), and our proprietary GenAI R&D initiatives. Mentor and lead internal and external VFX teams and supervisors, fostering an environment of technical excellence and creative problem-solving. Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in visual effects, including a significant tenure as a VFX Supervisor on large-scale, AAA feature films or premium episodic content.
