We want to hire a hands-on AI Engineering Lead with strong technical depth and some people-management experience. What we are looking forProven experience shipping AI/ML models from prototype to production at scale. Practical experience applying LLMs or multimodal models to video applications, such as highlight detection, content curation, ranking, personalization, and editing decisions. Experience building data flywheels that turn user behavior and feedback into training data and continuous model improvements.

You'll work at the intersection of visual design, generative AI, storytelling, and workflow innovation—elevating AI-generated content from impressive to exceptional. Create repeatable creative systems that capture and operationalize visual taste, design principles, and storytelling best practices. Collaborate across product, design, marketing, and AI teams to help shape the future of AI video creation.
