Magnopus is looking for an AI Tech Artist to build, optimize and support the generative AI workflows used by artists on a major new project.. Our teams bring together artists, engineers, designers and producers to create visionary work using both established production techniques and rapidly evolving technologies. In this role, you'll sit between creative production and emerging AI technology, turning new models, tools and techniques into reliable workflows that artists can use to create high-quality imagery and motion content. You'll build and extend node-based generative AI workflows, develop custom Python tools and nodes, integrate and optimize models, and solve the technical challenges involved in bringing rapidly evolving AI technology into a demanding production environment.

Magnopus is looking for an AI Artist to create high-quality, photorealistic imagery and motion content for a major new project. Our teams bring together artists, engineers, designers and producers to create visionary work using both established production techniques and rapidly evolving technologies. In this role, you'll combine a strong artistic eye with hands-on experience using generative AI tools to create and refine characters, environments and motion assets for production. You'll work with image and video generative AI tools, node-based workflows and more conventional creative techniques to take work from initial generation through iteration and refinement to production-ready output.

Collaborate directly with the Director of Photography (DP) and VFX Supervisors to translate physical camera settings (ISO, shutter angle, aperture, focal length) into digital environments. Create layout and camera block outs based on existing camera footage and integrate camera shot tracking data to recreate virtual sets based on existing film footage. Develop and maintain robust workflows for exporting digital camera data into traditional downstream VFX packages (e. Required Qualifications Expert Proficiency in Unreal Engine: Deep knowledge of Sequencer, Cine Camera Actors, Camera Rig Rail/Crane components, and the virtual camera (VCam) system, with demonstrated on-set virtual production (VProd) experience.
