● Help develop an efficient and repeatable content production and publishing workflow. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously helped another businessowner or professional manage their content workflow from long-form video → short-formclips → captions/optimization → scheduling → publishing. Your role will be to take the content from there and manage the editing,repurposing, optimization, and publishing process. Key Responsibilities● Support the management of the company's YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram presence.

You’ll be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content, with a strong focus onsocial media, repurposing content, and efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities● Edit video content for social media, marketing, and digital campaigns● Repurpose long-form content into short-form (clips, reels, etc. )● Add motion graphics and visual enhancements where needed● Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time● Manage multiple projects and maintain momentum across deliverables● Suggest improvements to editing workflows and processesRequired Skills & Experience Strong experience in video editing (professional or freelance) Proficiency in at least one of the following:○ Adobe Premiere Pro○ DaVinci Resolve Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social content formats Skilled in using AI tools.
