What the employer is looking for
- 3+ years as a videographer, DP, or producer in content, media, or agency environments
- A strong portfolio that shows the quality and range of work you capture
- Mastery of lighting, audio, and camera systems
- Experience shooting talking-head and b-roll for YouTube and social
- Comfortable in both run-and-gun field shoots and controlled studio production
- Highly organized. You manage gear, files, and calendars without dropping a thing
- Able to direct talent on camera and get the best out of them
- An AI-forward operator who uses AI where it speeds production without hurting quality
- Austin-based or willing to relocate, since both founders shoot in person
- Bonus: experience with e-commerce, creator, or education content
