- Expert in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro
- A portfolio of high-performing or viral clips, with the numbers behind them
- Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube short-form
- Very fast, high-volume output without quality drop
- Strong pacing instincts and a sharp eye for what makes a hook land
- An AI-forward editor who uses AI to speed up the work wherever it helps
- Comfortable working within templates and a shared asset library
- Ability to take direction and turn it around fast
- Bonus: experience in e-commerce, creator, or education content
