Role overview

Our Managed Services deliver customized operations and services for all phases of media production, including creative and engineering. As a Junior Video Editor, you’ll become an essential contributor to our client’s in-house production team, handling everything from footage ingestion and organization to prepping engaging social, corporate, and short video content. What You’ll Do:Support the end-to-end post-production lifecycle on a variety of high-velocity projects—from brainstorming and troubleshooting raw footage to polishing and delivering final edits. Collaborate closely with creative and graphics teams, interpreting feedback to elevate every project.

What you'll do

  • Support the end-to-end post-production lifecycle on a variety of high-velocity projects—from brainstorming and troubleshooting raw footage to polishing and delivering final edits.
  • Master platform-specific requirements for TikTok, X, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn, creating content that’s both visually stunning and strategically optimized.
  • Edit projects from start to finish, confidently presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
  • Work across diverse styles and quality levels, from refined studio shoots to bold, "lo-fi" mobile-first content.
  • Harness the latest generative AI tools from Google (Veo, Nano Banana, Flow) to streamline workflows and experiment with new production possibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and graphics teams, interpreting feedback to elevate every project.
  • Use video templates to ensure strong brand consistency across all social assets.
  • Effectively manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities, delivering on tight deadlines while keeping the team updated at every stage.
