AI Creative Specialist - MX

Role overview

You'll be a part of the agency’s AI Creative team, working across our client roster to produce original, high-fidelity visuals using prompt engineering, model training, and custom internal tooling. Alongside that, you'll help develop, test, and improve the internal AI tools our creative teams use every day — so the workflows you refine on a project become repeatable capability for the wider agency. You'll partner closely with post-production, creative, and strategy teams, pushing what's possible in AI-assisted content while holding a high bar for brand consistency, product accuracy, and commercial viability. It is a plus if you have experience with LoRA training for reference and identity conditioning, or experience with image-to-video and multi-reference workflows — for specific products, packaging, materials, and brand worlds.
