About the Role As a Lead Editor and Animator on the Growth Creative team, you will be the lead storyteller responsible for shaping the visual narrative of Meesho. You won’t just "cut footage"—you will define how our users perceive our brand through high-impact video content. You will oversee the post-production lifecycle, ensuring every piece of content, from 15-second performance ads to long-form educational masterclasses, is optimized for engagement and conversion. You will act as a bridge between creative vision and technical execution, mentoring junior editors and collaborating with Art Directors to elevate the quality of our video output across all platforms.
