Lead all pre-production for every event, including tech riders, vendor contracts, run-of-show documents, and volunteer coordination. Run on-site production, managing vendors, partners, AV, and volunteers to deliver a flawless attendee experience from doors-open to load-out. Deliver a complete pre-production package (tech rider, run-of-show, travel plan, vendor contracts) for each event at least 30 days out. Los Angeles preferred.

You run the studio, manage the post-production workflow, and own the data that tells us what’s working and what’s not.
